| Summary: | The use of online based assessment is gaining significant benefits among institutions mainly educational. As technology improves, large communities find ways to utilise the better technology available to the mass. Transforming traditional paper-and pencil test into online web-based is one of them. It provides a way to automate marking of quiz, knowledge test and thus increase productivity.
The objective of the Final Year Project is to design and develop a web-based Online Quiz System (OQS) that focuses on several features: 1. Variety of questions type namely, True and False question, Multiple
Choice, Fill-in-the-blank and Short Answer. 2. Immediate feedback and review with automated marking methods after submission of the quiz. 3. Clean and user-friendly User Interface that is easy to navigate with a smooth layout of features. At the end of the project, a prototype is produced meeting the basic features of the quiz system.
