Description
Summary:Recently, methods to control the strength of the inter-bead interaction when using DNA G-quadruplexes to link magnetic micro-beads were explored and established. Using those techniques, we propose a method to assess the e ectiveness of G-quadruplex ligands by studying it's e ect on the colloidal interactions of G-quadruplex DNA-coated magnetic micro-particle chains. By adjusting the concentration of K+ ions in the bu er solution, we select a suitable concentration of the K+ whereby, the natural dissociation of the magnetic micro-particle chains is optimal.
