Not only restricted to the computer games or mobile games, but recent advancements have also allowed Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) to be implemented into video games, pioneering new subsections of the market This report consists of the designing, implementing and testing the BCI based neurofeedback game with the goal of aiding Attention-Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in attention and relaxation. “Survive till the end” is developed as a game that utilizes the player’s brain waves for commands, such as push and staying neutral, as well as utilizing the player’s attention and relaxation for various in-game mechanics. The game integrates the elements of genres, comprising of Role-Playing Games (RPG) and First-Person Shooters(FPS).
