Among the wide range of new technology, using mobile application in business workflow emerges in the new era of modern century. Especially in the context of job/ task management, Small and Medium Enterprises may be inexperience and short in man power. Therefore, a mobile application to solve such problem is a need in the market. The core features implemented are Job Management, Job Assignment and Job Analysis. This is considered as the significant achievement of the project where the features are working properly and following to what have been planned. This report aims to describe in more details the project mentioned above - Developing a job solutions mobile application for small and medium enterprises. In Chapter One, readers will be provided an introduction about the project regarding to the motivation, the research gap, the project objective and scope. Chapter Two will dive deeper in the current marketplace and explore about the limitation of the products in the world. Going through the constraints, readers is believed to easily understand the technology materials chosen for this application which is reflected in Chapter Three. Chapter Four to Chapter Seven is the main content of this report describing the workflow of the student throughout the year. In Chapter Four, readers are walked through the process of Requirement Analysis, where we gather all starting resources and prioritize which feature to be developed. Chapter Five discusses the Design Phase where the requirements are illustrated using drawing tools. This helps the developer team to get a high-fidelity picture of the application. Chapter Six – Implementation describes how to transfer the designed pictures into real programmed application. The application is expected to mimic the proposed illustration and work properly. The next chapter display the current result with some screenshots of the application. The report ends with a conclusion on the current app’s status and future works for the next academic year. The future works suggested are hoped to be the starting step for anyone who take over the project.
