Summary:Averagely freshmen enter University at the age of 18 to 21, this is the where they are in phase of transition to adulthood. Often, adulthood comes with pressure from family and friends where there is greater expectation to excel. Combined with the fast-paced University life, students may disengage and underperform or drop out of school if unable to cope with the pace [1]. Freshmen often come from different academic, social skills, financial capabilities and diverse background. Problems faced by each student varies individually. [2] Time to time, there are students suffering in silence because of stress and anxiety, worrying they are left behind as compared to their peers. The aim of this project is to develop a web application to help EEE freshmen adapt to the pace of university life. The software used are HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap framework for the frontend work. While PHP will be used as the server scripting language and MySQL for the database. The idea of the application is by creating a platform where students of the same interest can gain connection. In turn, building a strong rapport where they can get social support from their peers. The report details the steps from ideating to planning to designing then implementing the web application
