Although there are many medical and commercial devices readily available for this application, many are selling at high cost. In this project, it is aimed to design a wearable heart rate detection device at low cost for constant heart rate monitoring with alarm feature for alerting wearer of the abnormal measurements. A comparison of the device with a commercial device is done to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the device. |
