description This is the report for the final year project, “Switched Mode Power Supply with Low Electromagnetic Interference”. The purpose of this report is to document the research done, problems encountered, results achieved, and future work required. This report starts with the motivation of the project, the objective of the project, a project overview and the division of work. It will be followed by a literature review that consist of the research done for the project. Literature review topics focuses on the different types of Switched Mode Power Supply that is available in the market, how the signals are suppressed with the help of the necessary components. Next, the progress of the project: the methodology used, how the measurements are obtained and what can be conclude from the analysis. Lastly, the report would end with a conclusion and work that could be carried out for future studies. This project is a study based on the Switched Mode Power Supply that is readily available in the market. The power supply would be tested, and the result would be analysed, to find out how the electromagnetic interference are suppressed, with the help of the necessary electrical components.
