description The purpose of this research is basically learning the negative refraction phenomenon, which can be obtained and studied by creating left-handed structures and observe the EM wave propagation through it. After doing numbers of article readings, details will be introduced in the literature review part in this report, what is negative refraction phenomenon and natures of left-handed behaviour have been studied, a aim has been set and will be implemented and explained in this paper: Building an left-handed model with dielectric resonators array then observing the negative refraction clearly, means the refraction angle can be obtained, and the related refraction index of this whole structure will be calculated. Meanwhile, some changes have been made to this structure so different outcomes can be obtain, which give the possibility to compare, conclude and do further learning.
