SMS : its impacts and usage patterns.
Short Message Service (SMS) has been the mobile phenomenon of recent years. Yet people are only just starting to grasp the role of SMS and the mobile way of life. Our study contributes by analysing how SMS, in particular, serves communicative purposes and impacts upon their everyday life.
