Exploratory study of behavioural flexibility as a leader's quality
This research examined the relationship of leader’s behavioural flexibility on leadership effectiveness with subordinate’s job performance thru subordinate’s satisfaction. The direct relationship of leader’s behavioural flexibility and subordinate’s job performance was also explored.
