Public's perception of the bus service standards in Singapore.
This report seeks to assess the service quality standards of Singapore's public bus services from a commuter's perspective and compares the performance of SBS Transit and TIBS, using the SERVQUAL model. Recommendations for improvements to the service providers are also suggested.
