This study aims to investigate the relationship of trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) between China and ASEAN-5 and the implications of the formation of ASEAN-China free trade agreement (ACFTA) on trade flows between China and ASEAN-5, focusing on the impact of the reduction in tariff rates.
