Evaluation of an entrepreneurial scheme : a balance scorecard perspective.
This study investigates the role of entrepreneurship in Singapore and the usefulness of government initiatives in boosting entrepreneurial spirit. Our study looks into one such government scheme, SEEDS. Our aim is to evaluate SEEDS, using a Balance ScoreCard Perspective.
