Factors contributing to the differences in perception of Guanxi.
This study aims to find out the differences in perception of Guanxi between different sample groups. Our result shows that such difference is due to Hofstede's cultural dimensions, out of which Power Distance and dividualism-Collectivism has significant correlation with Guanxi perception.
