Quantifying the taxes paid by households in Singapore in 2003/04.
This paper seeks increase the awareness of household tax payments by quantifying the amount of taxes that are paid by households in Singapore. We strive to find out the proportion of total taxes that each income group pays and to ascertain the nature of the Singapore tax system.
