description This study evaluated the effectiveness of work-life programs in the Singapore workplace. Proposing an integrative model of work-life balance, the impact of work-life programs on four components of work-life balance was assessed: job satisfaction, family satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention of company employees. The study further explored whether supervisory support moderated the relationship between work-life programs and job and family satisfaction. The practical implications of the findings for organisations are discussed.
