Objectives: To compare sale prices of generic drugs in the pharmacy area of the city
of Yogyakarta on generic drugs price are set by the minister of health.
Research Methods: In this study descriptive study done by the design of a survey of
variation in prices of generic drugs in a pharmacy area of the city of Yogyakarta. While
the techniques of data analysis using descriptive statistics and research subjects or
unit of analysis is the Pharmacy to the selling price of generic drugs at pharmacies. In
the collection of quantitative data obtained from the document / book list price of
generic drugs at pharmacies. While data from the qualitative information or interviews
of Pharmacy Pharmacist Manager, Owner Facility Pharmacy and Pharmacist
Assistants.
Research Results: The results of the investigational drug items, there are still more
than the average drug prices with the highest ratio of 1.95 times more expensive than
HET Menkes 2010. found that 32 types of drug prices vary widely as the selling price
of the drug nifedipine 10 mg lowest Rp. 130 and the highest price of Rp. 750, while
HET Menkes Rp. 134. The highest ratio for drug nifedipine 10 mg (5.33), these
pharmacies selling price means 5x more expensive than HET Menkes. This indicates
the highest price the pharmacy did not follow the rules KEPMENKES 2010. The
results of this study also found several factors that affect the determination of the
selling price of a pharmacy that is, the price of the PBF, the availability of medicines at
the pharmacy distributor and the sale price exceeds the HET from the Ministry of
Health.
Conclusion: Based on the above results show that the price of generic drug at
pharmacies with a ratio of 1.95 times more expensive than the highest retail price of
the minister of health, 2010. |
