this research is the study that is both empirical of juridical law , namely
the research carried out in order to obtain primary data with respect to the matters
for which there are dilapangan, materials, materials, as well as that which
concerns related to the topic of data on research as secondary. then it will be an
analysis of the data in a qualitative manner with the method of descriptive.
Based on the research , obtained the result that : ( 1 ) the implementation
of the agreement on informed consent in a therapeutic in RSUD Pangkal Pinang
have not run well in a sense still many containing demerit to completeness in
giving the explanation or information which includes the diagnosis and
procedures of the act of medicine , the purpose of the act of medicine that done ,
