| Summary: | The object research was conducted in the regency of Southeast Maluku
which is consisted of 18 Local Government Unit of Work (SKPD) in the region.
The number of study sample was 100 respondents which was determined by a
purposive sampling method to classify the respondents based on criteria
established by previous researchers.
The results of the factor analysis showed that the factors which were
underlying the management of land and building assets in the regency of
southeast Maluku could be classified into 2 factors that were.
1. The planning factors could explain 44.516% variation that had a high loading
value or correlated strongly with the planning equirement variable (X1) in
amount of 0.852 |
