successful management of land and building assets in the Government of Timor
Leste. 2. analyze the differences in performance levels and interests of the upper
level management, middle management level and lower level management of land
and building assets. In analyzing the existing problems in this research tools or
methods used to analyze the data is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA),
and analysis of Kruskall Wallis. Sampling method in accordance with this study
was purposive sampling. Samples are grouped into three level above the manager
level, middle level managers and lower level managers with the number of
respondents were 70.
The results showed, the variables of the key factors to successful
management of land and building assets in the Government of Timor Leste, the
"measurement of land and building asset performance on a regular basis and
definitely" be in one quadrant with the distribution of the mode at the point (5.5)
which means to be the category has a level of importance that are considered very
important and very good performance in the size of the Likert scale.
Kruskall Wallis test results showed no difference in the degree of
importance on the management level, middle level managers and lower level
managers to the management of land and building assets, while at the performance
level there is a difference between upper level managers, mid-level managers and
lower level managers based on the factor-key success factors of land and building
asset management. |
