| Summary: | This study aims to analyze the factors causing the miss management in the
management of fixed asset management, especially land and buildings in the city
after the regional division Tidore Islands. This study used purposive sampling
technique to sample as many as 30 responden.Variabel used is an inventory, legal,
audit, assessment and optimization and pemanfaan pengawsan and pengendalain.
Analysis tools used in this study in measuring the independent variables using a
five-score Likert scale, while in testing the quality of data is the validity and
reliability tests and to determine the relationship between the variables used
binary logistic analysis regresion.
The results showed that the inventory, legal audit, evaluation, optimization
and pemanfaan as well as supervision and control is the result of factors that are
very important and positive effect on fixed asset management of land and
buildings in the City Tidore Islands.
