| description | The purpose of this research is to identify the level of significance and
establish performance of success factors implementation in the maintenance of
liason office building of Baubau Government in Kendari by measuring the
importance and quality of implementation of key factors in the maintenance of
that liason office building using the Importance-Performance Analysis and
analysing alternative selection of the executing agency of the routine maintenance
of the liason office building using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).
Maintenance of office building is part of the local asset management. The purpose
of the maintenace is to maintain the condition of the building in addition to add
value to the building itself. The result of this research using the Importance-
Performance Analysis shows that the key factors in the maintenance of office building
alreadyhave highsignificancesin viewof respondents, buttheimplementation of such key factors still needs to beupgraded.
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analyzes the selection of executing
agency of the office building maintenance.The result of the research using AHP
indicates that the executing agency of the maintenance shall meet every given
criteria in order to be able to carry out the maintenance effectively and efficiently.
The highest score of priority is given to Public Works Office weighted at 0,587. |
