| Summary: | The main objective of this study was to determine the characteristics and quality
tests School Examination/Madrasah (US/M) MAN 3 Kediri academic years
2010/2011. Item score and test scores data of 404 students who respond to the
test US/M MAN 3 Kediri academic years 2010/2011 were analyzed with classical
test theory and item response theory. This study was analysis 50 items of
Indonesian test, 40 items test of Mathematic Science test, 40 items of
Mathematic Social test and 50 items of English test. The results showed that
tests School Examinations (US/M) MAN 3 Kediri academic years 2010/2011 have
varied characteristic of item. Indonesian test, Mathematic Science test and
English test have poor item characteristic, where there are many item deleted.
Mathematic Social test has good item characteristic, where there is little item
deleted.
