The study did not focus on themes such as character and religious thought of the Madurese, but rather how the impact of religious thought patterns and how to dress everyday of the Madurese. Talk the clothing is so important to see the ideology behind it. In theories of fashion or the fashion to say that traditional clothing is part of the process in which groups of people construct reproduce positions of power and intentions, or clothing can be formulated as a set of beliefs, values and ideas from users. If so, why the Madurese culture positioned sheath as clothing, because of religious understanding the background of the surrounding culture. Research on social behavior is to use ethnographic methods, interviewing techniques and see firsthand the cultural events that occurred in the Madurese. How to wear a sarong and Madurese in any activity inherent in everyday society gloves Madura. Observations the authors point out, that the tradition of wearing a sarong is condensed in Madura, and even gloves were found not only in religious rituals, in their daily life and society put on gloves. Everything is as it is based by a strong understanding of the religion which the construction of boarding schools. In addition, they wear sarung because the habit of boarding.
