the organization. Gadjah Mada University is one of the educational institutions in
the public sector in Indonesia using the Regulation of the State Minister for The
Empowerment of State Apparaturs Number: PER/09/M.PAN/5/2007 as a guide
to create performance indicators. Performance measurement as logic model is
reflected in Rencana Kinerja Tahunan (RKT).
This thesis discusses the evaluation of the preparation of indicators on the
performance of the Gadjah Mada University is based on the approach of Ongoing
Performance Management and Measurement (OPM & M) by using a model of
Performance Blueprint. Data collection techniques are using field research
consisting of documentation, questionnaires and interviews and library research.
Objects of this study are 10 faculties, 2 directorate and the Institute for Research
and Community Service with years ranging in budget from 2011 to 2012.
The compilers of performance indicators understood what is meant by
performance indicators although with different levels. Evaluation of the
performance indicators for the preparation of model performance indicators
Performance Blueprint is a routine activity was mostly delivery service and
performance indicator development activities are more oriented to community
outcomes. |
