| Summary: | The pupose of this research is to know the process of collecting dan
authentication of phisysical and juridical data, and publishing certificate of land
right. To find out obout constraints that have been faced and efforts done to
overcome of the implementation of initial registration trough National Agrarian
Operation (PRONA) in budget year 2011 for 4.900 (four thousand nine hundred)
lands. The implementation is focused in areas effected eruptive Merapi in 2010 in
the district of Sleman.
An empiric study, this research collects primary data directly from the field. In
addition, secondary data derived from relevant literatures also constitute important
part in this research.
From the results showed that the collection physical dan juridical data, and
publishing certificate of land right can be exercised in accordance with Goverment
Regulation Number 24, 1997 on Land Registration and accordance with the target
as expected. The constraints faced of natural dan socio-economis factors in
community. But, it can be overcome by cooperation beetwen the enforcemet
officer PRONA with goverment sub-district officer, goverment village officer,
and social organization so that event is accomplished.
