| Summary: | Abortion has become controvercial issue of health reproduction especially in some religion and other value system that our people belief. At some countries like Indonesia which forbid this action, women have to looking for unsave service to get aborted because there is no information about save abortion and sometimes they think it takes a lot of cost. Thus, there some question about these problems : why subject (women) did abortion and for what reason they finally dicided that? What it is mean for them and how they percieve it?
This reserarch aim to identify the abortion meaning process of people who had done it and how the value changed. This research use qualitative method with phemenology approach, Ponty�s phenomenology of perception provide as analyzing tool. The sublime notion in Ponty theory serve as understanding process (from understanding to action) from existencial subject such as prereflection, body, and language in society.
Experience in prereflection, body, and language is significant to subject sublime in understanding abortion action. At some point the subject desire is incompitable to cope with in order to exist. Thus desire lack to fulfil the social system which brought enormous dillemas, an abortion action had to be made even if it is regretfull decision.
