The aim of this study was to prove the difference in the level of employee engagement on a different type of organizational culture among members of an organization. The type of organizational culture that used as a predictor of the level of employee engagement in this research is organizational culture by competing value framework which consists of clan, hierarchy, market and adhocracy type. Employee engagement levels of each culture type among the members of the organization were analyzed by one-way ANOVA technique. The results of this study indicate that there are differences of employee engagement level among culture type with F = 17.159 and p = 0.00 (p <0.05). Employee engagement level of clan type is significantly higher than other types (adhocracy p = 0.004, market p = 0.000, hierarchy p = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is there is differences of employee engagement level on a different type of organizational culture among members of an organization, where clan type significantly higher then other type.
