Summary: | T he transportation planning decision is problem to determine the decision
variables that satisfy both supply and demand constraints , and optimizing multi objective functions. In this tesis , the problem of determining decision problem is representated as pareto optimal solutions , and the objective functions with its constraints are representated as multi objective linear programming. In fact , the decision maker is not always has the exact information that associated to the constraints , the parameters , and goals. In other hand , the objective functions are usually conflicting. Therefore to solve the transportation planning decision problem (TPD) cannot be solved using the conventional methods. This research introduces the method of IFMOLP ( interactive fuzzy multi objective linear programming ) to solve the TPD problems with conflicting fuzzy multi objective.Using IFMOLP method , the decision maker can determine the goals interactively to construct linear membership function for each objective function. Then , the DM use fuzzy decision and maximum fuzzy decision , and then reduced as deterministic single objective linear programming that can be solve using simplex
method , and using compute�,s software tools , such as WINQS , POM for
WINDOWS , etc , to obtaine the pareto optimal solutions as DM goals.
