Description
Summary:Indonesia's oil production, from year to year has always declined, due to the nature of petroleum which is a natural resource, which can not be renewed, while consumption continues to increase from year to year. Under these circumstances, require petroleum exploration company, to increase oil production in various ways, one of which is to optimize production from oil wells that already exist, although the results are smaller. PT HFR is one of the companies involved, in an effort to optimize the production of petroleum from oil wells are smaller. In an effort to optimize the results of petroleum, from oil wells are getting smaller, PT HFR produce a product that is known by the name HF2000-CLHPU (Center Hydroulic Lifting Pumping Unit). The involvement of PT HFR in an effort to increase oil production from oil wells are getting smaller, should be through a tender held by petroleum exploration companies. Thus, the tender is the major gateway for PT HFR to operate, and engage in efforts to optimize the production of petroleum from oil wells are smaller. If PT HFR defeat in the tender, it will be a major barrier for PT HFR, to develop and expand its product results. One of the causes of defeat, suffered by PT HFR in the tender is due to the bid, that is too high compared to its competitors. The offer price is too high compared to its competitors, can be caused by the inappropriate management of PT HFR, in carrying out strategic cost analysis. To implement the right strategic cost analysis, the PT HFR management must be able to identify and classify, the cost is based on value-added activities, and non value-added activities.
