Objective: developing desktop-based of the drug information system and health
tools with methods of recycling (SDLC) as a means of service in pharmacy
installation in order to provide the correct information, fast, accurate and thus help
in hospital management decisions
Method: descriptive research with qualitative action research approach with 11
respondents. Research starts with field observations, interviews, and focus group
discussion (FGD) to dig into the information needs of the users of the information
system will be developed, including the groove activities, service of process until
the desired report. Testing program carried out on direct patient service unit, but
excluding warehouse. Application of this information system has been
implemented and developed following the needs of the users
Result: systems development is done by following the pattern of stages of
recycling (SDLC). Program starting with version 1, with the power that is still
limited, for the transaction in accordance with the patient's prescription. Version 2
changes do look and facilities already equipped with prescription and drug sales
returns HV (drug free). A more complete version 3 with the addition of facility
settings drug DPHO and non DPHO in menu master, thus reducing errors when a
drug entry based on the type of guarantor of the patient. Obstacles still
encountered is, haven't been able to performed the integration between
pharmaceutical program developed with the program so as guarantor of Askes
PNS and Jamkesmas, so that the data entry process keep going doble entry.
Conclusion: the program is simple, easy-to-use, comprehensive reporting as well
as the correctness of the data, a priority the development of drug information
systems and health tools in pharmaceuticals installations. The resulting
information can fulfill wishes, officer manejemen and patients. |
