Summary: | Competition among business players becomes more intense as the era of
globalization that allows any business to compete globally. Company prosecuted
for dynamic and adaptive to the changing business environment, which leads to
the need for strategy changes and be implemented quickly and successfully
following market developments.
The strategy implementation process requires a control system to ensure its
succeed, thus the Balanced Scorecard was created to assist management in
measuring the implementation of the strategy. Of the four balanced scorecard
perspectives, learning and growth perspective is the most basic matter that need
attention. It required another measurement tools to ensure the compliance of the
perspective, which is Workforce Scorecard. There are four elements that are used
as indicators of the scorecard, which is workforce success, leadership and
behavior, competencies, and the mind-set and culture.
The study was conducted using applicative method, which is designing a
system that applicable to coorporate. Implementation is done in several stages,
namely the identification of A-Position and A-Player, workforce scorecard
designing process, evaluation, and the result of workforce scorecard. Indomobil
Nissan Group already has a performance management system that is fairly
systematic, which using the balanced scorecard and HR scorecard. Should be
equipped with a Workforce Scorecard, the performance management systems will
be more integrated to achieve success in the execution of corporate strategy.
Workforce Scorecard design process in this study is still in its early stages.
The scorecard has been designed also need to be aligned with the company's
performance management system in order to become an integrated system.
Further study is still needed on the effectiveness of the performance management
system to increase corporate performance.
