maintain business continuity. This thesis aims to analyze the strategy of a
company engaged in the life insurance industry with a focus on analyzing the
current strategies undertaken, analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats facing the company, which in turn is used to formulate a recommendation
strategy.
This study uses a model of Porter's Five Forces Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Key
Success Factor and Generic Strategies in analyzing the company's competitive
strategy.
The results showed that the strategy is run by a management company are still can
be used in the face of competition today. A good synergy between the
management of the company is the main advantage. Differentiation strategy is the
recommendations of this research for companies in the insurance industry to faces
in tight competition. The study recommends that companies improve the
relationship between bank staff with salespeople in order to provide a positive
impact for the company. |
