Summary:CSR is a joint commitment of all stakeholders of the company to jointly responsible for social problems. Commitment and responsibility are seen as CSR activities carried out by direct involvement by the company and carried out continuously. In line with the principles of triple bottom line (3P) CSR activities should be directed to the (internal), namely the shareholders and employees in and out (external) that the public companies and governments that are not directly involved and influence the company's existence in running activities. This study aims to describe the practice of CSR is carried out by PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk both internal and external corporate environment, describing the positive impact of the acquired company over the implementation of CSR activities. Furthermore, the practice of CSR is analyzed with CSR principles contained in ISO 26000. This study has described the company conducts business with based on six pillars of CSR that have been set by the company. CSR became one of the company's business strategy in the running direction of the vision and mission. Not only focus on the profit-making but wanted to be a solution for the community as well as neighbors who contribute to improving the welfare of the community in accordance with the vision and mission. Implementation of CSR programs are continually been brought positive impacts for both the company and stakeholders. Based on the captured of CSR practices that have been carried out in accordance with the company's CSR principles specified in ISO 26000
