| Summary: | Mechanism of Development Planning Conference or musrembang is a unit
of planning procedures in developing a region. In musrenbang, all suggestions for
programs and activities are proposed by every Work Regional Unit or Satuan
Kerja Perangkat Daerahabbreviated SKPD. Practically, the cycle of development
activities which starts from the proposal to the realisation takes a long process.
The proposed activities are also very large in amount. Thus, a mean of
information system is needed to solve all of the aforementioned problems quickly.
A long time process makes the proposals unresponsive because there are
many interests that can not be monitored by the society. The result of analysis and
design is in the form of an information system. It is to handle the planning process
of regional development in order that it can run optimally and also meet the target
of development goals which are suitable with achievement priority. The handled
process starts from the development proposal in musrenbang of village, district,
and finally to forum of SKPD.
This system will store every result of musrenbang in the computer in
oreder that they can be taken into consideration in the next planning. In addition,
it can also be used to solve the delay of recapitulation and compilation of
proposed program and activity data that leads to the insecurity of planning focus
that has been set in the regional- planning document of Tarakan City.
