Arendt: Its Relevance to the Understanding of Pornography�s Laws in Indonesia�
gives an idea that arts provide human with the best moments in human lives, but
the arts are pre-eminently a field where emotional incompatibilities, social
conflicts, and questions of status, collide in a more concentrated way than happens
in daily communication. The considerable economic and politic interests always
penetrate the cultural field, and we find ourselves in an area of human life that is
highly charged. Arendt often conceives politics as an expressive activity, as the
performance of noble deeds or the uttering of memorable words which are judged
by their beauty or greatness. The analogy that Arendt makes between politics and
the arts is its goal.
Based on the analysis discussed above, the research used the philosophical
of politics as a formal and material object of the research is the arts as the
symbolization of political situation of the human life. The method which was used
was hermeneutic
