| description | This study aimed to analyze the user's perception of medical

Hospital Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in 2012 and identify the problems
that occur from medical equipment maintenance and ways to address them. Using
analytical tools that importance performance analysis (IPA) and SWOT analysis,
to measure the accuracy of the questionnaire using Likert scale, as well as validity
and reliability testing.
The result of the analysis of the medical operational Asset
maintenance system of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Hospital in 2012,
altogether with the conducted analysis of the data collection and processing are
carried out through questionnaires and interviews of the employees and
management are as follows.
Importance performance analysis indicated to which the variable
interest rate has being implemented properly are regular equipment maintenance
program. This is shown by 2 out of 15 important factors importance performance
Analysis. The diagram shows there are 2 out of 15 items to occupy the assets.
Those are: management application in quadrant I (concentrate here) is 7 and 8, 3
items occupies in Quadrant II (keep the good work) is 1,5, and 13, while the 5
other items are occupying quadrant III (low priority) is 10,11,12,14, and 15, and 5
other item are occuplyinf quadrant IV (possible overkill) is 2,3,4,6 and 9. In terms
of identifying the problems that occur from medical equipment maintenance
department of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang and find a solution. So the
operating assets of medical care based on SWOT analysis is in quadrant 1, which
is a favorable situation, where the organization has the opportunity and power so
as to leverage existing opportunities. strategy adopted in this condition are an
aggressive pertumhbuhan (SO strategy or strategies strength-opportunities). |
