Summary:Jogja Science Park is built with central government and region investment as a mean to brace city term Yogyakarta as education city, influence economics Yogyakarta and on a long term supposed can increase region original income (PAD) city Yogyakarta. Investment aim reached when does Jogja Science Park�s asset condition can awake well. For that need asset maintenance management both for not only based on intuition, but as according to real situation. This research�s goals aim analyzes factors have Jogja Science Park�s asset maintenance management, then determine priority in Jogja Science Park�s asset maintenance management. This research uses mixed research methods that use qualitative and quantitative data. Jogja Science Park�s asset in this research is divided in two groups that are building, utilitas and park asset with boaster device asset criterias with alternatives identified with carry out Focus Group Discussion (FGD) towards entrant genuinely realize Jogja Science Park�s asset maintenance management. To each criteria and alternatives then done weighting with method Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on filler questionnaire that distributed to respondents in concerned in Jogja Science Park�s asset maintenance management. Found eleven factors have building, utility and park asset maintenance and six factors have boaster device asset maintenance with result weighted with produced sequence maintenance kind alternative priority for building, utility and park asset routine maintenance with weight 0,299, corrective maintenance�s 0,254, periodic maintenance�s 0,249, with predictive maintenance 0,198. Maintenance kind alternative priority for boaster device asset routine maintenance with weight 0,302, corrective maintenance�s 0,289, periodic maintenance�s 0,238, with predictive maintenance 0,171. AHP�s result besides tested the consistency also pass sensitivity analysis and compared with TOPSIS and VIKOR analysis.
