order to enrich the knowledge and perception of the visiting tourists, the
maintainer of this temple provides the tourist guide service with various language
options. Thus, it is important to have a good and proper language proficiency. By
having a good language proficiency it can have effects in the tourists� satisfaction
so that they will have the will to visit the temple back later.
This research is aimed at exploring the tourists� satisfaction on the tour
guides� service especially on the verbal language proficiency so that the tourists
can become repeat visitors. This research employs rationalistic method and uses
qualitative data analysis. This research entwines and explores three variables i.e |
