| description | This study aims to determine the mechanism of supervision by the Board of
Trustees of the notary and the implementation of the Regional Assembly�s
Regional Supervisory oversight of the notary in the city of Banjarmasin.
This research is a normative-empirical laws, the legal research regarding the
implementation or application of normative legal provisions, in the form of Law
No. 30 of 2004 concerning Notary both in action on certain legal events that occur
in the community with regard to the supervision of the Regional Council of
Trustees Banjarmasin the Notary. The data used are secondary data from primary
legal materials, secondary, and tertiary, and primary data such as interviews with
the Regional Oversight Council Banjarmasin.
The results are known, (1) Monitoring of the Supervisory Council of Notaries
by Banjarmasin Urban done through examination Notary Protocol once a year or
sometime needed. Later received reportd from the public about allegations Notary
Notary or Code of Conduct violation of Law No.30 of 2004 concerning Notary,
further examination of the notary, (2) Monitoring the implementation of the
notary hail, Regional Supervisory Council of the city of Banjarmasin in the period
2010-2012 there are 32 (thirty two) Notary violates the Code and Law No.30 of
2004. Then the notary is sanctioned in the form of verbal warning and the written
warning by the Assembly upon the recommendation of the Supervisory Region
Regional Supervisory Council. |
