In the religion of Islam, there is a command to manage time by sorting them into a system calendar can be used all Muslims. One of Muslim leaders who gave the idea of a global Islamic calendar is Muhammad Syaukat 'Audah with zone calendar concept and Jamaluddin Abd Ar Raziq with integrated calendar concept. This study aims to find the idea of a global Islamic calendar with concept of Muhammad Syaukat 'Audah and Jamaludin Abd Ar-Raziq and its influence on the day of Arafah. The data in this research was collected with literature methods, and the analysis used a qualitative analysis by inductive thinking. The results of the analysis indicate that the concept of a calendar which was initiated by Muhammad Syaukat 'Audah still leaves the problem of Arafat fasting, whereas the calendar idea of Jamaluddin Abd ar-Raziq is more consistent and can unify the day of' Arafah and the other days all around the world.
