Today, social construction has dominated people by artificial nutrition. The
discourse then built a strong myth that natural breasfeeding is an oldfashion way.
Dominated by the pressure of modern and practical myth, AIMI The Indonesian
Breastfeeding Mother Association communicate their public and try to restore the
other myth. Hoping to resolve the critical issues, AIMI suggest an advancing
tailored health communication messages to get public attention. By tracing the
AIMI�s education class discussion and also pre-test and pos-test, there has been
an examination to deconstruct social reality and increase the public knowledge
about breastfeeding. This thesis analyses the critical discourse and the
communication process through AIMI�s education class discussion. Related
discussions through the class shows social construction to choose the natural
ways on breastfeeding. |
