Summary:Panel construction in wooden structure are composed of sheathing panels (such as : Plywood, Oriented Strand Board) connected to wood framing members with mechanical joint such as nails or screws. In the light frame wooden structure, panels system could be part of construction which is very effective to increase the racking resistance to earthquake forces. In this time, Plywood and LVL materials are begin to develop everywhere in the word. Plywood is composite product from sheets wood venir glued together with perpendicular directions, whereas Laminated Veneer Lumber is processed wood products which are obtained by glue the same direction of wood veneers with adhesive material, with designed amount of pressure and time. Plywood and LVL veneers is of Paraserianthes falcataria which is one of tropical trees type that started to be developed by forest community in Indonesia because it has a very fast growing timber species. In this research, test objects there are 4 of wooden panels type to monotonic and cyclic test. Type A consisted of Plywood size 1220 x 2440 x 8 mm connected to wooden frame size 40 x 80 mm with nailed joint CN50 and nail spacing 240 mm. Type B have the ratio of openings 40 % in Plywood. Type C have one diagonal bars LVL in a wooden frame and type D have two diagonal bars LVL is crossing the wooden frame. LVL material have moisture content of 13,2% and specific gravity of 0,33. Monotonik and cyclic testing purpose to know a relationship between racking resistance and deformation on wooden panel. Monotonic testing to do realize decreased 40% peak load, whereas cyclic testing gradually based on the regulations of the ISO-1667-2003 with deformation control 10%�y, 20%�y, 40%�y and then monotonik loading until wooden panel collapsed. One of the computer analysis program that can be used to predict the strength, deformation and energy dissipation on wooden panel under monotonik and cyclic loading is CASHEW (Cyclic Analysis of Shear Walls). Test results of monotonic test type A, type B, type C, type D have racking resistance continously of 5570 N, 5310 N, 7580 N, 8480 N and energy dissipation of 158,57 N
