| Summary: | Internet has been the unlimited source of information in education. There
are many long distance learning or e-learning with all kinds of platform as
additional source and scoring process or evaluation, developed by using internet
network. According to Schank (2002), online learning was developed to make it
easier for teachers to provide simulation during material transfer process in a
teaching process of learning by doing. In education world, there are 8 standards of
education quality guarantee, and one of them is standard of assessment to measure
students� outcomes as academic achievement. In order to develop the application
that supports the teaching evaluation, a web based system to evaluate teaching
learning process is done.
The system is built by giving the input facility of students data, teachers�
data, and students� answers� data, so that an output of students achievement
percentage and test material analysis are obtained
