| Summary: | At the writing of this thesis, discusses Management Information Systems
at PT Smart Telecom case study in the Division Operation and Maintenance
Center Surabaya. With the aim to analyze the needs and supporting elements that
can be implemented in an integrated information system design, and can be
developed into an application Operation Maintenance Information System
(OMIS) which customable and applicable for short term 2-3 years.
The process of research done by the descriptive analysis methods, data and
information obtained through interviews and direct observation of the object.
System analysis and design of processes that are running, can provide a reliable
information as part of the Decision Support System. All were able to transform a
manual process towards the automation of information systems, the synergy with
the overall business process of the company.
