description This study attempts to formulate the business plan of Ina�s Corn Dog using business model canvas which consists of nine building blocks, there are customer segment, value proposition, channels, customer relationship, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, revenue stream, and cost structure. Using primary data which is obtained from the analysis of empathy map from focus group discussions in October 2012, this study formulates the business plan and calculates the final calculations of the payback period. The final payback period calculations shows positive results and provide good possibilities for the realization of Ina�s Corn Dog business model.
