Summary: | The aims of the research were to examine and analyze the effects self
efficacy, emotional intellegence and empowerment on employee�s performance.
Subject in this reasearch is employee�s PT Intan Pariwara Klaten with respondents
was 120 employee in head office PT Intan Pariwara Klaten. Data was gathered
from with questionaire. The answers respondents then analyzed regression
analysis.
Result of examining hypothesis showed that: (1) self efficay positively and
significantly affected the performance of employee, (2) emotional intellegence
positively and significantly affected the performance of employee, (3)
empowerment positively and significantly affected the performance of employee
and (4) self efficay, emotionale intellegence and empowerment positively and
significantly affected the performance of employee. |
