| Summary: | Nowadays, companies face new challenges, implementation of information systems in order to maximize the performance of the company. Information systems that widely used in corporate are ERP systems. Divisi Enterprise Services, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk implement TiCares systems to replace the old system that still not integrated and can not provide enough information in the framework of analysis and decision-making process.
TiCares system is based on SAP and mandatory for use in a non-wireline service
order activity.
Implementation of information systems in an enterprise should be evaluated to determine the level of success. One indication of the successful implementation of information systems is to see the actualization of the use of the information system itself by its users. Implementation TiCares system has been running for 4 years and has never been evaluated. For that we need the research to determine the factors that influence the successful implementation of the system in order to evaluate it in the future.
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the successful implementation of TiCares systems in Unit Enterprise Regional 2, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. The data sample used is the primary data obtained through the survey by distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study as many as 100 people account manager Unit Enterprise Regional 2, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk.
Tests are conducted using Partial Least Square analysis to determine the effect of independent variables and the dependent variable. Partial Least Square analysis concluded that the factor of Quality Systems, Quality Information, Quality of Service and Use of System Intentions affect the successful implementation of TiCares systems Unit Enterprise Regional 2, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk.
