| Summary: | In order to improve the understanding and knowledge of the law in support of governance particularly concerning legislation requires an information well organized and held in a system and to improve services and fluency tasks in the field of law, so it is necessary to build an information system that is easy fast and accurately using information technology is through the Law Information System (SISKUM).
However current conditions of SISKUM in all government agencies at the central and local governments are almost all SISKUM in government agencies manage legislation data from the central to the local level resulting in duplication of data management at each SISKUM, is due to the lack of integration between SISKUM.
The central government has just set a Peraturan Presiden No. 33 Tahun 2012 about Documentation Network and National Law Information on March 20, 2012. One consideration is the need to develop cooperation in a documentation network and national law information which is unified and integrated.
The research which is conducted will design a model of integration of Law Information Systems at the Central Level (Ministry-ministry) with Law Information Systems at the Local Level according to Peraturan Presiden No.33 Tahun 2012 so that the legislation data center can be effectively and efficiently integrated with Regional Law Information Systems. In this study design integration using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). |
