| description | This research purpose to find out the Role of Land Deed Official in making
the implementation of transitional registration of land rights to the ownership
status as transaction in Tanjungpinang, to examine the role of the land deed
official in implementation of transitional registration of land rights to the
ownership status as transaction in Tanjungpinang after the issuance the Circular
Letter of Head Office of the National Land Agency of Riau Province Number
600/163/II/2003 and to find constraints that inhibit the role of land deed official in
making the implementation of transitional registration of land rights to the
ownership status as transaction in Tanjungpinang and the efforts the role of Land
Deed Official to handle it.
This research was conducted by field research and literature research using
the data analysis descriptive qualitative and deductive thinking.
Based on the analysis result, the reseacher conclude as a follows: (1) the role
of Land Deed Official to check the completeness of the applicant (sellers and
buyers), including taxes to be paid in terms of making the deed of sale and
purchase of land and before signing of the deed by at least 2 witnesses from the
role of Land Deed Official have to read out and explain the contents of the
purpose of deed |
